The role focuses on integrating front- and back-of-house operations, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring top food quality while driving efficiency. You will participate in a 10-week hands-on training program, work closely with culinary and service professionals, and gain confidence to lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong customer service and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold high food quality.
• Drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Support General Manager/Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing and delegating to hourly staff.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold brand standards.
