J. Alexander’s is seeking fast-track leaders to join our Chandler or Gilbert teams, guiding both front-of-house and back-of-house operations with a guest-first mindset. You’ll deliver exceptional service, uphold food quality standards, and help drive efficient, scalable operations.

• Assist GM/AGM with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating to hourly staff.
