Job summary

J. Alexander’s in Gilbert, AZ is opening a new restaurant and seeks a skilled manager to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations with guest-first hospitality.

You will deliver exceptional service, uphold food quality standards, and drive operational efficiency while developing your team through a 10-week hands-on training program with seasoned professionals. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Hospitality leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead hourly team, schedule, delegate tasks and coach performance.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience, uphold food quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Assistant General Manager on planning and budgeting.
