Hudson House River Oaks, part of Vandelay Companies, seeks a Manager to lead daily floor operations and coach a high-performing team. You’ll champion warm, polished hospitality, respond to guest needs with a solutions-focused approach, and collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure exceptional service and menu execution.

You’ll oversee scheduling, labor management, training, and adherence to safety standards, while upholding Vandelay’s culture of hospitality and accountability across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to engage guests and deliver standout service
• Strong attention to detail and guest-centric mindset

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team
• Lead daily floor operations to ensure seamless, elevated service
• Model warm hospitality and empower staff to create memorable guest moments
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and solutions-focused mindset
• Oversee training, onboarding, and staff development
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and labor management
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure menu execution and presentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Drive continuous improvement using guest feedback and real-time observations
