Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in full-service hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and mentor managers and team members for continuous growth.
• Oversee scheduling, labor costs, and adherence to service standards.
