Our Hospitality Manager supports daily restaurant and event operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and efficient execution of service standards. This position assists with front-of-house leadership, private event coordination, staff development and training, inventory management, and operational excellence across both the restaurant and event venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise front-of-house service teams, ensuring outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing private events, banquets, concerts, and special functions.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining a positive culture and accountability.
• Manage shift execution, and daily service operations.
• Help monitor food, beverage, and supply inventory; place orders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, and company standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable experiences.

Qualifications:
