Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or Hospitality/Tourism management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Learning Manager / Learning Manager within a large-scale operation.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
