Job summary

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa is seeking an Assistant Learning Manager to lead the learning & development function, designing, implementing and evaluating training programs aligned with the resort's objectives. You will ensure smooth operations of the training department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the needs of employees, guests and owners.
