This role drives learning, policy interpretation, compliance, and colleague engagement, with a path toward future HR leadership.

Ideal candidates bring HR generalist experience, hospitality background, and excellence in service, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, Business, Education, or related field.
• At least two years of HR generalist experience advising leaders and supporting core HR processes.
• At least one year in Learning & Development or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning calendar and onboarding coordination with department leaders.
• Design, deliver, and maintain engaging learning experiences aligned with luxury service standards.
• Partner with HR leadership on strategy, recruitment, wage administration, and company initiatives.
• Coordinate compliance learning and safety programs; maintain records and audits.
