INA Solution is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for our acclaimed San Francisco restaurant group, known for modern Italian cuisine, seasonal tasting menus, and tableside presentations.

The role emphasizes floor leadership, service excellence, staff education, cross‑department collaboration, and operational oversight, with a focus on cultivating an accountable, positive culture and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Assistant General Manager experience in a high-volume upscale or fine dining environment.
• Proven track record of strong, composed floor leadership during demanding services.
• Working knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine with enthusiasm for learning and education.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across FOH, culinary and management.
• Strong organizational skills balancing guest hospitality with back-of-house priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a visible floor presence during service, coaching and guiding the FOH team.
• Partner with the General Manager to uphold refined hospitality standards and guest engagement.
• Oversee ongoing staff education focusing on Italian cuisine, wine, service, and allergen awareness.
• Ensure proactive cross-department communication across dining room, kitchen, events and management.
• Support day-to-day admin duties, labor management, and scheduling.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings and cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
