Constellation Culinary Group in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM to lead daily food service operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, develop the team, and hit financial goals.

Ideal candidate is a high-potential hospitality leader ready to advance; will lead operations independently when the GM is at other locations and provide support across California, including openings and special projects.

Qualificações

• Six years in direct foodservice operation management.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends; quality, production, sanitation, cost controls.
• HACCP controls and proper storage and use of food.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with managing food service operations within budget.
• Assist with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Manage salaried managers and hourly staff.
• Oversee hourly hiring, onboarding, and training with growth focus.
• Establish rapport with staff, clients, and guests.
• Manage purchasing and inventory controls.
