Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland seeks a Training Manager to develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive training that strengthens performance, service excellence, and workforce readiness across the property.

You’ll partner with HR, Operations, and Talent Acquisition to ensure skilled team members and compliant programs. You will facilitate high‑energy training sessions for diverse staff, maintain calendars, and oversee LMS administration.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs in casino, service or hospitality.
• A four‑year degree in a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• ATD certification preferred.
• LMS administration experience required.
• Group presentation and/or facilitation experience required.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain the appropriate gaming license per the State Lottery and Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, high‑impact training sessions for hourly and salaried team members.
• Build and maintain training calendars.
• Launch new training initiatives and ensure consistent execution across departments.
• Revise and update existing training programs to reflect changes in business needs and standards.
• Administer the Learning Management System; track completions and generate reports.
• Train supervisors and instructors on effective facilitation techniques.
• Coordinate external training programs to supplement instructor‑led offerings.
• Maintain training manuals, reference materials, and learning resources.
