Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR files and documentation
• Maintenance of incoming calls and walk-in inquiries
• Manage hotel-wide recognition initiatives, including service anniversaries, birthdays, awards, cafeteria theme days and colleague survey planning/execution
• Coordinate and support various colleague engagement events throughout the year
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring a welcoming start
• Manage offboarding documentation and procedures
• Draft and send personnel announcements
• Provide general administrative support for the HR department as needed
