Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Knowledge of PBX phone systems, computer applications, and resort information.
• Ability to speak fluent English.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with other departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service to all callers and visitors, answering inquiries and giving directions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the PBX telephone system and handle all incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain an accurate record of all incoming and outgoing calls
• Schedule reservations and appointments as needed
• Maintain accurate and updated information of Resort amenities and activities
• Keep the communication equipment in good working condition
• Routinely conducts inspection check for quality assurance
• Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Always maintains a courteous and professional demeanor
• Assist other departments as needed
