Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes and set up in‑person interviews with hiring managers
• Track, monitor and update candidate information in the ATS
• Communicate progress to hiring managers across departments
• Maintain and update job postings on ATS and external boards/social sites
• Confirm offers and initiate background checks; coordinate onboarding tasks
• Schedule start dates and provide weekly staffing updates
• Assist with onsite and offsite job fairs and training sessions
• Handle admin duties as needed while upholding confidentiality
