Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HRIS/ATS, and HR compliance is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities: job postings, reviews, communications, phone screens, scheduling, and hiring manager coordination.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain ATS, HRIS, personnel records, and recruiting documentation.
• Process changes: hires, promotions, transfers, status changes, separations.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes.
• Address employee questions on HR policies, payroll, and HR systems.
• Coordinate training and compliance programs.
