Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking a partner in its Hospitality Staffing division to build a business from the ground up. Candidates need strong hospitality sales experience and a significant network among hotel GMs and Directors. This role offers a base pay of $1,500/month, with commission and equity opportunities available.

Success will be measured by the ability to negotiate contracts and grow multiple accounts, aiming for $50,000 to $120,000 total compensation in the first year, along with a path to equity in the business.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in hospitality sales, staffing, or hotel F&B leadership.
• Comfortable working with hotel chains and independent properties.
• Willing to build a network of hotel GMs and F&B Directors within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Run Discovery Calls with hotel GMs and Directors.
• Build proposals using TWF's standards.
• Negotiate and sign Master Service Agreements.
• Manage trial conversions with Hospitality Operations Director.
• Forecast pipeline weekly in HubSpot.
