Job summary

TMC Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Supervisor to support the General Manager in maintaining the property’s cleanliness and guest experience at the Nashville property. The role requires supervising the housekeeping team, coordinating with vendors, and driving quality assurance and training across the operation.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, addressing guest requests, and ensuring safety and standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must exhibit good judgment while performing under pressure.
• Must be dedicated to our goal of providing superior guest experiences.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Field guest complaints and resolve to satisfaction.
• Coordinate amenities and ensure operational procedures are communicated.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features/services and train staff.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and inspect cleanliness to standards.
• Assist with hiring and promotions for housekeeping team.
• Ensure inventory of supplies and coordinate with linen/company vendors.
• Prepare accurate timekeeping and payroll responsibilities if assigned.
• Collaborate with management on labor costs and scheduling.
