Job summary

TMC Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the hotel’s housekeeping team at our Nashville property. You will report to the General Manager and coordinate with engineering and operations to maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas.

You will train, mentor, and evaluate staff, ensure quality assurance programs are followed, and manage scheduling and payroll related tasks while keeping guests at the center of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must exhibit good judgment while performing under pressure.
• Must be dedicated to our goal of providing superior guest experiences.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping duties and staff to ensure high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests and work orders promptly.
• Coach and counsel staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain QA programs and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance for repairs.
• Assist with hiring and promotions; manage scheduling.
• Ensure inventory and par levels of supplies; liaise with linen and suppliers.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance; handle emergencies.
