SUMMIT HOSPITALITY GROUP seeks an Operations Manager for the Hotel Division. You will lead front desk operations, oversee staff training, scheduling, and cross-department communication to guarantee guest satisfaction. This visible role requires adherence to brand standards and franchise policies; F&B duties with The Asbury Restaurant are included.

The position emphasizes high energy leadership, professional communication, and a proactive approach to problem resolution in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in name-brand hotel or restaurant environments.
• Progressive management experience preferred.
• Service-oriented with professional presentation.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• F&B experience with serving/hosting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Office operations and staffing plans.
• Develop and manage budget and labor costs with AGM & GM.
• Ensure adherence to budget and staffing levels.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Oversee training and development of staff.
