DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Front Office and Food & Beverage teams, ensuring seamless daily operations and guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes staff supervision, process improvement, and brand standard adherence in a hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will bring 1–3 years in guest services or front desk, an Associate degree or equivalent, strong communication, and proven people-management skills to drive performance and guest

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience in guest services or front desk.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Proven customer service and staff management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and complete tasks individually.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office and Food & Beverage staff and manage daily operations.
• Interview, hire, train and evaluate associates.
• Plan, assign, direct work and monitor performance.
• Maintain brand standards and department budgets.
• Forecast occupancy and manage purchasing and payroll.
• Ensure guest service excellence and compliance with policies.
