Job summary

Summit Hospitality Group in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an Operations Manager for the Hotel Division to lead front desk operations, staff training, scheduling, and inter-department communications. You will uphold brand standards and corporate policies while resolving guest issues with urgency and a friendly approach.

The role requires 2–5 years in hotel/restaurant management, strong English communication, MS Excel proficiency, and a proactive, energetic leadership style with a view to career

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in name-brand hotel/restaurant environments.
• Progressive management experience preferred.
• Service-oriented with professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and staff scheduling.
• Train staff and maintain service standards.
• Manage budgets and labor cost planning with AGM & GM.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Uphold brand standards and corporate policies.
• Cover shifts as needed including weekends/evenings.
