Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead hotel guest services and drive memorable guest experiences. You will train and supervise the Front Office Team, manage staffing and inventory, and coordinate with other departments to optimize occupancy and revenues.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to brand standards, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year in a hotel management role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with guest services and front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office activities and drive guest service excellence.
• Train, manage and coach Front Office Team.
• Schedule guest services staff and night audit coverage.
• Maintain staffing levels, supplies and inventory.
• Oversee breakfast service and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure security, health/safety and brand standards.
• Review guest experience scores and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to maximize occupancy and profits.
