Job summary

A premier hospitality venue in Asbury Park is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager. This hands-on leadership role will directly oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

3+ years of restaurant/bar management experience, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
Strong knowledge of banquet and catering operations.
Proven skills in inventory control, purchasing, and financial reporting.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily F&B operations, including presence on the service floor.
Manage and support outlet and banquet staff—recruiting, scheduling, training.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and analyze P&L reports for improvements.
Partner with sales and marketing to develop guest engagement promotions.
Ensure service excellence and compliance with operational guidelines.
