Summit Hospitality Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Operations Manager for the Hotel Division to lead front desk operations, supervise staff, coordinate inter-department communications, and ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a proactive approach. Experience in F&B operations with The Asbury Restaurant is a plus, and adherence to brand standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with name-brand hotel/restaurant companies.
• 2–5 years of progressive management experience preferred.
• Service-oriented style with professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Hotel/Hospitality degree is an asset.
• Clear concise, written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader.
• Interest in career progression in hotel/hospitality management roles.
• F&B experience in serving/hosting or leading.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations and staff training.
• Develop and manage the budget and labor costs in collaboration with hotel leadership.
• Ensure proper staffing levels for customer service goals and maintain guest room inventory.
• Coach and counsel employees to reflect brand standards and procedures; perform front office tasks as needed.
• Handle invoicing, daily deposits, accounts receivable, and petty cash processing.
• Maintain communications with Housekeeping; resolve guest complaints promptly.
