Job summary

Legacy-Management is seeking a Field Support Manager to provide hands-on leadership across multiple hotel locations, stepping into front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other functions as needed.

The role requires extensive travel (75%–95%) to support General Managers, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and adherence to company standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior hotel operations or hospitality leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering excellent guest service and maintaining quality standards across occupancy levels.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise hotel staff; enforce company policies and foster an inclusive workplace.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance; manage payroll, cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and local P&L understanding.
• Support marketing and sales efforts through market awareness; build community relationships.
• Be flexible to perform all hotel positions as needed and assist with preventive maintenance.
