Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group seeks a Task Force Operations Manager to travel to multiple hotel locations, supporting Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering. You will oversee daily department operations, lead teams to achieve guest satisfaction, and collaborate with hotel leadership on improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in hotel management with supervisory experience, plus Hilton or Marriott brand exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum three years of hotel management experience.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in hotel management.
• Hilton or Marriott brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Travels to assigned hotels to temporarily manage and oversee the assigned department.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of a designated department and leads the team to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Ensures smooth operation of daily department activities and brand adherence.
• Collaborates with hotel leadership to resolve operational challenges and recommends improvements.
• Maintains communication with hotel leadership to report progress and concerns.
• Leads department-specific projects to drive continuous improvement.
• Trains and motivates team members to achieve high performance and morale.
• Participates in departmental budgeting and schedules staff within budget.
• Develops an attitude of attentiveness to guest needs and fulfills special requests promptly.
• Covers shifts as needed and maintains professional appearance and communication.
