Job summary

First Hospitality seeks an Impact Field Support Operations Manager to stabilize hotel operations during transitions across our Midwest portfolio. You will travel to properties, lead front-office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and sales teams, and drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and brand standards.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in hotel operations leadership, the ability to travel up to 100%, and a proven track record of building trust, coaching teams, and delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel operations leadership experience.
• Experience with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance operations.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 100% for multi-state assignments.
• Adaptability, resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to lead effectively in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational leadership across hotels on assignment.
• Lead or support Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance operations.
• Serve as a visible leader for guests and associates, addressing daily concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain exceptional guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards across the hotel.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure staffing, scheduling, training, and execution to meet business needs.
• Lead by example, build trust quickly, and reinforce a positive, accountable culture.
• Monitor performance, controllable expenses, labor, purchasing, and departmental results to support a smooth operation.
• Identify operational gaps, implement practical solutions, and establish sustainable processes.
