Tailwind Concessions LLC is seeking a Traveling Operations Manager to lead and support locations across the US. This full-time, highly travel‑intense role deploys to areas with leadership vacancies, staffing shortages, or new openings, ensuring guest experiences, financial performance, and compliance with standards.

The role acts as primary field support for General Managers, provides hands-on leadership, coaching, and may transition to permanent leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Five to seven years progressive restaurant/hospitality management.
• Three years managing multi-unit operations or as General Manager of high-volume location.
• Airport concessions or travel hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct operational leadership for locations with vacancies or challenges.
• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure performance and standards.
• Manage labor, food costs, and profitability across locations.
• Coach and mentor managers; support onboarding and leadership development.
