Job summary

SPS is seeking a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager to lead integrated services at a premier client site in Houston. This role blends hospitality, workplace experience, and office operations to create a seamless environment for employees and visitors.

As strategic leader, you will oversee reception, events, mail, and workplace improvements, driving service excellence, cost efficiency, and employee engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services.
• 3+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience overseeing both customer-facing and operational service functions.
• Strong PM, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated workplace services across reception, hospitality, meetings, mail, and office services.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure world-class guest and employee experiences.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery expectations; lead ongoing staff training.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs; monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Present business reviews and workplace insights to client leadership; drive cost efficiency and optimization.
