Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is expanding in the Western New York area and seeks a hospitality-focused manager to join our growing team. This role offers strong training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional advancement while driving sales and excellent guest experiences.

The position requires 3+ years in restaurant/retail leadership, flexibility for Thurs–Sun shifts, and a proactive, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
• Lead service components including food quality, customer service and store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service and sales performance; support growth for all team members.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.
