Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Ability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Hospitality mindset with excellent customer service.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS basics.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff.
• Lead service components: food quality, service, cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence for quality, service and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
• Create local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
