Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Ability to work mid-to-late shifts Thursday to Sunday.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead service components including food quality and customer service.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality and customer service.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain controls.
