Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts (Thurs-Sun).
• Benevolent leadership style and player-coach mentality.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop part-time staff including Shift Leaders and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components like food quality and customer service.
• Establish a strong culture prioritizing quality, service, and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
• Create local marketing campaigns.
• Drive in-store recognition programs.
