Responsibilities include hiring and coaching part-time staff, maintaining inventory controls, executing local marketing, and creating recognition programs to boost performance. The role offers training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout Thu-Sun.
• Hospitality-focused leadership with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
