Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Operations Manager (GM) for our Fort Worth, TX store. You will lead a diverse team, ensure top-notch service, and drive sales while upholding cookie quality and store standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of management experience in retail/food service, a hospitality mindset, and strong proficiency with MS Office and store software. This role offers mentorship, training, and career growth in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong technical acumen with restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, store cleanliness
• Foster a culture of excellence focused on cookie quality and sales performance
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs and contests
