Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer service.
• Proven ability to resolve customer needs through effective communication and empathy.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience: greet customers warmly and set a professional tone from the first moment.
• Listen attentively to understand each customer's situation, concerns, and needs.
• Guide customers to understand options and direct them to the right service or expert within the TurboTax network.
• Accompany customers through their entire experience from arrival to hand-off, ensuring touchpoints are personal and clear.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns at every step.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved and support was sufficient.
