SSA Consulting Group seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day food service operations and front-of-house activities. You will work under the Restaurant Manager to implement SSA standards, manage guest experience, and support planning for seasonal concepts and equipment needs.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of operations management, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership. Flexibility for varied shifts and a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• One to two years of operations management experience.
• ServSafe or Food Handling Certified.
• All educational backgrounds are eligible; must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Drive operational systems, processes and policies aligned with SSA expectations.
• Assist in planning for food concepts, equipment needs and excellence.
• Manage financial forecasts and information flow with Restaurant Manager guidance.
• Oversee staff training and orientation per onsite handbook and expectations.
• Ensure SSA safety training is completed for all staff upon hire.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility.
• Oversee day-to-day food service operations with focus on front-of-house activities.
• Coordinate with managers on maintenance schedules and safety training.
• Maintain positive relationships with client staff.
