Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Ensure location, or zone, is adequately stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation.
• Oversees duties ensuring quick service, food safety, quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Builds daily prep and item lists; delegates tasks to team members.
• Supports operations and fills holes to ensure smooth service.
• Assigns associates to duties and coaches on projects and tasks.
• Responds promptly to guest feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of food safety, FIFO, sanitation, and proper labeling.
• Maintain storage areas and back docks within zone; ensure pre-shift communications reach all team members.
• Monitor waste and prep levels to limit waste; track daily waste logs.
• Ensure product consistency with standards from operations and culinary teams.
• Create and communicate next-day staffing, prep, and to-do plans with direct reports.
• Assist merchandising as set by Operations; monitor production in zone (snack items, beverages, carts).
• Oversee personnel duties: training, performance reviews, coaching, break management, and equipment upkeep.
• Operate in compliance with local, state, and federal laws; perform other tasks as needed.
