Capital One is seeking a Branch Ambassador at Jefferson Hwy in Baton Rouge to serve as the heartbeat of the space, guiding customers through a hospitality-forward, tech-enabled banking environment. You’ll manage daily cash handling with precision and help clients navigate digital tools to reach financial goals.

You are expected to combine friendly, attentive service with a strong compliance mindset, thriving in a fast-moving, human-centric setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree (preferred).
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proficient in G-Suite (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: identify customer needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, balance efficiency with warmth, and ensure customers feel valued.
