You will educate clients on mobile banking features, assist with deposits and withdrawals, and ensure regulatory and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail, sales, or customer service experience required.
• 6 months of cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume cash transactions with accuracy (deposits, withdrawals, negotiable instruments).
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Act as first-line consultant to identify needs and match digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers, provide hospitality, and ensure customers feel valued, not just a number.
• Support branches within a 50-mile radius and adapt to flexible schedules.
