You will handle high-volume transactions with accuracy, educate clients on mobile banking, and tailor solutions to individual goals, all in a friendly, community-focused environment.

This role emphasizes no sales quotas, strong service mindset, and growth opportunities, with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficient in G-Suite preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Adapt to business-driven schedule changes as required.
• Attend required training sessions, possibly on a different schedule.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
