Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• You’ll execute high-volume cash transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing—with 100% accuracy and ensure compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments for convenience and security.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and balance the efficiency of a high-volume operation with the warmth of a community-focused partner.
