Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in the Chicago area to lead a branch team, delivering exceptional client and employee experiences. You will focus on deposits growth, investments, operations, and coaching the team for success.

You will represent our brand with hospitality and ensure compliance with risk controls while leveraging modern financial solutions and technology to serve clients’ needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Deliver on the branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting clients' needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
