Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development.
• Experience in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
• Comfort with leveraging technology to connect staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch by sharing a clear vision and embodying Chase culture.
• Grow deposits and investments while managing branch operations and coaching the team.
