Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in Chicago to lead a retail banking team, delivering welcoming service, growing deposits and investments, and ensuring strong risk controls. • You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
