Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to deliver attentive, friendly service and to lead all aspects of the branch, including deposits, investments, and operations. You will represent our brand with hospitality while applying the latest banking solutions and technology to help clients achieve their goals.

You will coach a high-performing team, align with our culture of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence, and collaborate with experts to meet specialized financial needs for clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability to grow and empower teams.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a branch.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
• Strong communication skills to educate partners and clients about technology.
• Minimum 2+ years of management or Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
