Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in Antioch, IL to lead a front-line team delivering exceptional service while growing deposits and investments. You will manage branch operations, coach staff, and represent our brand with hospitality as you deliver banking solutions and fintech tools to clients.

You will drive performance using the Branch Scorecard, foster a culture of integrity, and build lasting relationships with local businesses and the community while ensuring strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching experience with teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong decision-making and risk management skills.
• Experience in Retail Banking or equivalent Chase leadership.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
