You will guide staff through changes, emphasize technology-enabled solutions, and represent the brand in the community, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills with proven track record of coaching and empowering employees.
• Ability to organize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Strong decision-making skills for navigating challenges and leading the team.
• Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
• Ability to educate and connect team, partners, and clients with technology.
• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
