Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch, delivering attentive service, growing deposits and investments, and coaching a high-performing team. You will represent our brand with hospitality and leverage the latest banking solutions and technology.

You will build relationships with clients and the community, ensure risk controls, and drive branch performance through collaboration with experts.

Qualifications

2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Prefer college degree or military equivalent.
Must complete Branch Manager Training Program before placement.
Willingness to travel for training and meetings.
